What we store on our servers
- Child nickname and grade
- Saved school comparisons
- Meeting dates, times and status
- Recurring service schedules
What we never store
- Your notes, transcripts, summaries and audio — they go straight from this session to your own device, Google Drive, iCloud or OneDrive. We never keep a copy.
- Daily check-in logs — those stay in your browser's storage on this device only.
- Audio you choose to transcribe is passed through a third-party AI processor in the moment and is not retained by us or used to train models.
If our servers were ever breached or subpoenaed, your meeting schedule could be exposed — your notes could not. We don't have them.
